Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Greta moved to Santa Monica to attend college, and studied with noted interior designer Jody Greenwald, and architecture historian Esther McCoy.  She is certified in architecture specs, has written published articles and books on historic architecture and art history, and combines all her skills to provide exceptional service. Her specialties include a thorough and timely explanation of all transactions, comparative market analyses, staging, and listings posted in America, Europe, and Asia; with direct realtor and architect contacts in Italy. As a property owner in both Santa Monica and West Los Angeles, Greta knows both areas very well, and is active in community service. She specializes in the Westside and Beach Cities, offering the most extensive marketing outreach possible.
